Rondo Trays
Production Capacity and Quality Assurance
Our manufacturing process relies on mass production with fully automated machines capable of producing 30,000 trays per 8-hour shift every day. These machines are designed to operate 365 days a year, ensuring we can meet any urgent requirements.
We use duplex board to manufacture the Rondo trays, which is more economical and eco-friendly compared to plastic trays. This results in cost efficiency for the final product and ensures the quality and security of ampoules during transit, storage, and handling.
After extensive trials to meet international standards for the export market, we developed this unique product and approached potential users. They have gladly accepted our samples and conducted trials with our trays for both domestic and export markets. Having confirmed the quality of our product, they now place regular orders.
